Field rotatable 20” wide aluminum bar with decorative end finials that can be securely attached to light pole. Can be utilized as a ladder rest, but typically used as a place to hang small items like plant hangers, bird feeders, or small decorative signs, essentially acting as a crossbar on the pole for added visual interest.
