Traditionally styled, two piece decorative Base. No Hand Hole, no wiring access on decorative Base to prevent theft. Hand Hole Cover on Base welded to prevent access. Set Screws provided to secure decorative base to pole.

Contoured hand hole cover with tamper proof hardware. Grounding lug opposite hand hole. Compatible with 6.5" max diameter shafts.

Cast aluminum construction with 3/4" cast aluminum anchor ring welded 1" above bottom. Standard super TGIC polyester powdercoat finish.
